Hearings Codes and Regulations

Applicants who are denied a license or licensees against whom the Board takes action, are entitled to the hearing process as outlined in the Administrative Process Act. Also, individuals who are operating as a dealer without first being licensed have the right to a hearing if a civil penalty is assessed.
